Do I need to pay a deposit to hold my reservation?

To hold your reservation, a non-refundable deposit of $100 per person is required within one week of booking.  All credit cards are accepted.


When is the balance due for my reservation?

The balance is due two weeks prior to arrival. All credit cards are accepted.


Can I add more people before arrival?

Of course! You can add people up to a maximum of 28.  You will need to pay a $100 deposit for each person added. Please note that if you have more than 21 people, some of your group will have to sleep in an upper bunk.


What if I don't have 17 people in my group?

We don't want you to miss the fun so we will make every effort to connect you with other quilters to get your number up to 17.


Why does our group need a coordinator?

We prefer to work with one point of contact that represents your group.  The group coordinator will be given all of the information required to insure your group has the best retreat possible.


What if I have Food Allergies?

Let your group coordinator know about your food allergies so that we can accommodate you.  Please let us know when you pay your deposit.


Can you accommodate handicapped guest?

We have one room that is handicapped accessible.  It has two beds and a handicapped accessible bathroom and shower.
